Frequently Asked Questions

  • We pack each pie with care in an insulated box to keep it fresh during transit. After your order is processed, we hand off your pies to a trusted carrier (like UPS or FedEx). They’re shipped quickly so you can enjoy them while they’re still at their best.

  • We typically process and ship orders within 7 business days. Transit time usually ranges from 2–5 days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on delivery.

  • Shipping is included in the cost for the pies we make available to ship.

  • Currently, we ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally just yet, but we hope to expand in the future.

  • Our pies are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of delivery. If you’re not eating them right away, we recommend storing them on the counter (or the freezer, if you’ll wait more than a few days to dig in).

  • For a warm slice, we suggest heating individual slices in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until heated through. If you’re serving right away, our pies are also delicious at room temperature!

  • Please email or call us right away if there’s any issue with your delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right, whether that’s a replacement pie or a refund, depending on the situation.
